Care Instructions:
- Material is heat-resistant, not flame-resistant, and may scorch if a candle burns below the rim
- Suggested extinguishing and removing the candle 1cm before reaching the rim to prevent scorch marks
- Clean with a soft cloth or sponge using warm water and soap, avoid scourer or hard brush to prevent surface damage
- Not dishwasher or microwave-safe
- Promptly clean spills or stains to maintain surface quality

Please allow two to four days for us to make your order. Once it has been processed, delivery takes 2–7 working days, depending on the size of your parcel.
If you need something urgently, email us and we can arrange faster delivery at an additional charge.
Gathered Pendant Light
Each Gathered pendant is made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for us to cast and finish yours. Once your order has been processed, delivery takes 2–7 working days, depending on the size of your parcel.
If you need your pendant by a particular date, email us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.
Returns
Please check all products within 7 business days of their arrival for any breakages or damage. We can only offer an exchange or refund for damaged or incorrectly sent items. Please note we must see a photo of the damaged items in order to discuss an exchange or refund.
We will of course accept the return of an unused, damaged or incorrectly sent item if notified within 7 business days (domestic returns) or 18 days (international returns) of receiving your order. All items should be returned in their original condition.
To initiate a return, please email info@alkaline-shop.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will arrange a courier collection and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the returned item back at our studio.
We do not offer an exchange or refund due to a change of mind.
