SHIPPING POLICY

We offer South Africa wide free shipping for orders above R1200. All international shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that our small team will do their best to send your order out as soon as possible. We take every care to ensure that your order is packed securely and clearly labelled. Once your order has been collected by the couriers, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur.

International shipping will always take longer than domestic, and orders can often be delayed at customs or international airports. Please consider extended shipping times when ordering to or from overseas.

If you notice a delay with your order, we are happy to provide further tracking details and can also lodge an enquiry on your behalf. You may also need to lodge your own enquiry, and if you wish to dispute a delivery or a delay, it is up to the customer to do so with South Africa Post or the courier responsible for your delivery. Freight fees will not be refunded by Alkaline.

We do not exchange or refund due to a change of mind. We can only offer an exchange or refund due to damaged or incorrectly sent items. If this unfortunately occurs, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and our small team will do their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Please check all products within 7 days of their arrival for any breakages or damage. We can only offer an exchange or refund due to damaged items during this time. Please note we must see a photo of the damaged items in order to discuss an exchange or refund.

If this unfortunately occurs, we’ll gladly accept the return of an unused item if notified within 7 business days (domestic returns) or 18 days (international returns) of purchase. All items should be returned in their original condition.

Sale items: please note, there are no exchanges or refunds on sale items. Any disclaimer added to a sale listing is to be understood prior to purchasing as this may detail the reasons for the reduced price. Please consider this before your purchase.
