Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer South Africa wide free shipping for orders above R700. All international shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that our small team will do their best to send your order out as soon as possible. We take every care to ensure that your order is packed securely and clearly labelled. Once your order has been collected by the couriers, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur.
International shipping will always take longer than domestic, and orders can often be delayed at customs or international airports. Please consider extended shipping times when ordering to or from overseas. Please note we do not cover duties and taxes for international orders.
If you notice a delay with your order, we are happy to provide further tracking details and can also lodge an enquiry on your behalf. You may also need to lodge your own enquiry, and if you wish to dispute a delivery or a delay, it is up to the customer to do so with the courier responsible for your delivery. Freight fees will not be refunded by Alkaline.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Please check all products within 7 business days of their arrival for any breakages or damage. We can only offer an exchange or refund for damaged or incorrectly sent items. Please note we must see a photo of the damaged items in order to discuss an exchange or refund.
We will of course accept the return of an unused, damaged or incorrectly sent item if notified within 7 business days (domestic returns) or 18 days (international returns) of receiving your order. All items should be returned in their original condition.
To initiate a return, please email info@alkaline-shop.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will arrange a courier collection and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the returned item back at our studio.
We do not offer an exchange or refund due to a change of mind.
Sale items: please note, there are no exchanges or refunds on sale items. Any disclaimer added to a sale listing is to be understood prior to purchasing, as this may detail the reasons for the reduced price. Please consider this before your purchase.
